Lenox covers all return shipping costs for items that are broken, defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, providing a straightforward and convenient solution for customers.

For personalized items, please note that once you approve the customization and place your order, modifications, cancellations, or returns are not permitted unless the item is damaged during shipping. This ensures that personalized products are made to your exact specifications while still offering protection in the event of damage during transit.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused or new items within 120 days to receive a refund of the merchandise value. To facilitate returns, please include all original packaging and materials with the item to ensure it is protected during shipment. To complete a return, first notify us of any damaged items and include a photo to receive instructions for a replacement. Then, place the completed return card in the package.
